1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cups kombucha vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 teas salt
1/4 teas dried thyme
Makes 2 1/4 cups
Pour over meat or vegan alternative and leave for 2-8hours.
