Kombucha Marinade for Meat

Marinated meat no only spells and tastes good, with kombucha it will also tenderize giving an amazing tender food with a tart undertone. It’s pure and simple, just the way you like it. Anything you want to roast, grill, or pan sear. If you are looking for a vegan alternative, this marinade will transform a tempeh or tofu.

And the recipe is:-

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 cups kombucha vinegar

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/2 teas salt

1/4 teas dried thyme

Makes 2 1/4 cups

Pour over meat or vegan alternative and leave for 2-8hours.
