Due to how successful our recent Introduction to Permaculture course was, we have decided to do it again! Join us for another 2 days of permaculture design theory and action. You will leave this course with a solid grounding of how you can apply permaculture principles in your home, garden, apartment, farm and life. You’ll also be in an informed position to further your journey into permaculture design.
Permaculture is a way of designing and interacting with the land to provide for our needs while benefiting all living things. Come and learn this art form that enables you to provide for yourself, create an abundance, regenerate your land, support your ecosystem and the life around you and live in a way that reflects the best of humanity.
This course will give you a comprehensive overview of how to apply pro-active, sustainable design techniques to your immediate environment – whether you live in a small apartment, a quarter-acre block, or a rural property.
This intensive weekend course covers the basics of designing resilient systems with permaculture principles; energy cycling, nutrient cycling, animal systems, veggie growing systems, and how to retrofit your existing habitat to become a haven of organic food and low-energy living.
There will be a balance of theory and practical. With the practical aspect we will actually be building and implementing part of a Permaculture system together. We believe this will be an amazing hands on way to learn Permaculture and retain this knowledge.
Participants can arrive from 3pm on wards and no later than 6pm on Friday afternoon to set up camp and settle in. We will finish on the sunday afternoon around 5pm.

Hi Dean and Tom, I got your details from a lady at the Healthful pantry. We are redesigning our front yard, and would love some advice on planting and veggie beds. How do we organise to have a free quote and visit to our place? I could not find the enquiry form to fill out.
Look forward to hearing from you, Simone
Hi guys
Dean is away designing in remote north coast. I will try to contact him to reply to your request. If his phone is out of range he will be back end of week and will contact you then.
Do you have a contact phone number he can call you on.
