Today we celebrate International Women's Day and throughout I have been sharing stories of amazing women that make a difference, not only to me but many women on a health journey, in business, and in friendship. This is beautiful Sonia from Open Sky Zenthai. Am amazing soul of a woman whom I have known for many years and more recently as a Zenthai Shiatsu therapist. Her talents are many from guitar, acroyoga, movement and bodywork and my favourite, her healing hands. Meet Tracey from Amitola Colours. I first met Tracey at Dudley Healing Haven Markets. Tracey's Tie Die products are chemical-free and set in the natural sunshine and also some are upcycled. I also need to tell you that Tracey has been an inspiration to my business with flavours. Tracey was craving beetroot and asked us to make her beetroot kombucha.
